Thanks for supporting Death Valley! We appreciate every ticket bought, every shirt worn, and every stream played. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for concert tickets and merchandise.

🎫 Concert Tickets

All ticket sales for Death Valley shows are final unless otherwise stated by the venue or ticket provider.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets due to scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances.

  • If a show is canceled, ticket holders will typically be refunded automatically through the original ticket provider.

  • If a show is rescheduled, your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. Please check with the original point of purchase (e.g., Ticketmaster, the venue, etc.) for specific refund or exchange options.

For any ticket-related questions, please contact the official ticket provider or venue where you purchased your tickets.

👕 Merchandise Orders

Our merchandise is sold through a third-party provider, TeePublic.

  • Death Valley does not handle the production, shipping, or customer service for merchandise orders.

  • If you have any issues with your order—such as wrong sizes, damages, delays, or refund requests—please reach out directly to TeePublic’s customer support at:
